OMG, guys, I am soooooo bored of the music on my iPhone. Gareth used to spend a lot of time browsing through MP3 sites, discovering new sounds, but I don't have that kind of spare time, and I don't listen to the radio, so I hardly ever hear anything new.

So, dear friends, please rec me something awesome. I don't really like country, rap, or metal. My favourite stuff in usually pop/rock, and most of my playlist seems to fall under "indie" in iTunes.

Examples of things I am listening to right now:

Ceasefire by Howie Day http://youtu.be/ciOCAqKafss
Mountain Sound by Of Monsters & Men http://youtu.be/0gEVaniPOmU
Man On The Moon by Phillip Phillips http://www.last.fm/music/Phillip+Phillips/_/Man+on+the+Moon
Paradise by Coldplay

Tourist by Athlete http://youtu.be/o4NRN_7_2Dg

If you've been listening to something similar, let me know! I'm desperate for fresh listening material.

Songs that I've had stuck in my head for awhile now (even though some are quite old -- I tend to cycle back through music after awhile):
- pretty much everything on the Mumford & Son's "Sigh No More" album but especially: The Cave, Little Lion Man, Thistle & Weeds
- Florence + The Machine's "Ceremonial" album: Shake It Out, Never Let Me Go, No Light No Light, Seven Devils
- Ellie Goulding: Anything Could Happen
- Christina Perri: Arms, Jar of Hearts
- The Lumineers: Hey Ho
- Pink's "Truth About Love" album
- Phillip Phillips: Home
- Tatu: All The Things She Said, 30 Minutes
- Adele's "21" album: Rolling in the Deep, Turning Tables, Someone Like You
- Adele: Skyfall
