Due to their total inability to ship my order of Stargate Season 5 (I paid up-front and waited 9 months) I finally cancelled and ordered it via Amazon (who delivered my goods in a week). Then I pre-ordered Stargate Atlantis and Firefly to use up my store credit. After a month of waiting for Firefly (listed as in-stock) and three weeks waiting for Atlantis to ship after the release date had come and gone, I cancelled that order too, and applied for a refund to my credit card. That was two weeks ago. No credit showed up. Now I get an email saying they've gone into receivership and no credits will be honoured. There's $80 I'll never see again.
Which pisses me right off.
Assholes.
