A big thank you to everyone who helped me out with my Word issue. astridv was totally on the right track, I just needed a slightly different code for my line breaks, as damnskippytoo pointed out. Astrid, maybe it was something to do with your Word programme being in German that means we have different codes? Hugs to foufymaus who made me a nifty pdf tutorial with screen dumps of all the steps. I've now burned them into my memory and should have no trouble fixing up the several hundred docs that need to be published on the website.

Thank you to everyone who took time to offer advice. You lovely people! This is a big project. All will be revealed in the coming weeks. I think a few of you will be interested when you find out what it is *g*

I've been asking people to recommend vids for the Slayage Academic Conference, which will be held this May. Your "Passive" vid was mentioned. I downloaded it yesterday, and when I'm unable to get a vid out of my head, the time has come to say something. This vid says so much--it's so angry, and seems perfectly in character for Connor's view of Angel. Your song choice is inspired (and actually makes me forgive Maynard LOL). There aren't many Angel-Connor vids out there that capture the pain and anger and existentialism of their relationship, and I think that you hit it out of the park.

I'm reccing it today on my LJ. I wanted to give you a heads-up on that, and I'd like to talk to you about using it for a show I've been asked to put together. Thank you for making it and sharing it.

I actually posted in your thread where you were asking for vids for your show. I'd be very excited and flattered to contribute. I've done a Firefly one you might like as well. I've had one vid used at a convention - Creation Entertainment used my Stargate vid at several of their official Stargate SG1/Atlantis cons last year. I have very high quality versions of the vids which I can put on DVD for you either as true DVD format or hi-res avi data files.
