Homeopathy question

Does anyone on my lovely f-list know about homeopathy?  I have some Arnica 200c liquid in my bathroom cupboard and just found that it has no dosage specified on the bottle.  I understand it's quite a high potency.  Does anyone know how many drops to take and how often?

start with 5 drops under the tongue every 4 hours or so...if you need a bit more, you can add another 5 drops (total of ten) half an hour later and just do 10 with the second dose. usually 5 is fine though. Remember to take them half hour before or after eating or drinking anything other than water! ::hugs::

Do not go ahead until you are sure. If you are able to ascertain the right potency from whoever kept it there its alright.It is doubtful if the original quality is retained under such stored conditions. Best thing is -THROW IT or else Homoeopathy may earn a bad name!!!

It's okay, I've had it for less than a year, stored in a dark brown glass bottle in a cool, dark place. I'm used to storing and preserving homeopathic and aromatherapy mixes, so I'm confident it retains its original potency. But I've just found a more suitable pregnancy-specific product online so I'm probably going to get that, instead. It's more targeted to specific pre and post birth requirements.
