Is it true that you can decaffeinate standard tea by steeping it for 30 seconds then pouring off the water and steeping it again?  That would be cool if it were, considering decaff tea is twice the price, and I still have 200 Twinings English Breakfast teabags in the pantry.

This question brought to you by someone who thinks caffeine in her breastmilk might be keeping a certain baby awake.

Hee hee. Am I over-reacting? I drink about 4 a day. 2 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 late evening. I did buy some decaff and it's not too bad, but I like the Twinings better.

if you're really worried...skip your late evening dose or do decaf then. (with my first son, I'd do a half regular/ half decaf brew with loose leaf)

Thanks for the tip. I might self-decaf the day ones and have a decaff at night. That might help *me* sleep better, too!

We're fine :o) I don't get as much time as I'd like to keep up with everyone, or participate in fannish things. So, hence, no more fanfic for now. I'm glad you're still enjoying Deja Vu. I am trying to get the odd hour in here and there for vidding. I have two ATS vids planned, one is C/A and totally mushy ;o) I'm watching the whole show again from the beginning - one ep lasts about as long as a feed and a burp - and making notes with my free hand as I go. Did you realise the apartment building in I Fall To Pieces is the same one they used for The Hyperion Hotel? Funny the things you pick up on the umpteenth watch *g*
