I've finished!  Overall I really enjoyed it.  *No spoilers here (although there might be some in ensuing comments, so enter at your own risk) but I will say at one point I cried so hard that snot came out my nose.

Which scene was that? Me, the book didn't affect me that much though I really enjoyed it overall. The one point that made me almost tear up was when Harry said that Snape had been the bravest man he'd ever known. (I *knew* it, I knew Dumbledore had asked him to kill him.)

When Ron gave Dobby his shoes and socks, when they buried him. OMG I totally lost it. Apart from that the only other bit that got me a bit misty was Harry's walk down to the Forbidden Forest at the end.

I had guessed that Snape would die. A good friend convinced me that Snape was good and that Dumbledore was already dying, and had asked Snape to kill him to save Draco from becoming a killer. She was right on the money. I hadn't guessed Snape's motive, though.
