I've discovered I can get into my LJ from work. They're very funny about which sites you can visit. Yahoo - blocked. Hotmail - blocked. Fantasy Soccer League - blocked. Stranger Things - blocked due to pornographic content (that's what the warning message said)!

Finally I can correspond with my fanfic friends during work :o) Just don't go posting loads of smut on your front page y'all, and I'll be fine.

All I need now is to not have so much work, so I have time to look at my LJ...

That sucks ass! Why do they block you from everything? I'd die, I'd just die, I would. What's the point of having internet if everything is blocked? Stupid.

Yeah, well, they have some crazy idea that we should be concentrating totally on work, and not getting personal e-mail, and looking at fanfiction, and gambling online. They're mad, I tell you, MAAADDDDD!!!!! Stingy bastards. And every time we try to visit a blocked site, our user name gets reported to the web marshall! Thank heavens for my home internet connection.

Geesh. And I thought I had it bad, although, truth be told, I don't play as much as I used to. But I did manage to write six pages today and I don't think all of it was shite. But for as much effort as went into those six pages, you'd think I'd have three times that many.

My goal is three pages a day and I'd like to get it done by Friday so I'll have plenty of time to do re-writes. There. I've put it in writing. Now I *have* to do it.

I've done about four pages so far. I don't know if it's any good, but then, I always hate everything when I first write it, and go off all despondant, then come back a few hours later and like it. I am determined to have smut. Scary smut!

I have scary smut! I do, I do! The smut scene is the only scene that really doesn't need any additional work. The other scenes, however, need major beefing up. I figure the "beef up" will add an additional two pages.
