On LJ Layouts and New Fic

Well, I caved and bought a year of LJ. So I could cave and buy the 50 user pics as well. Now I need a spiffy layout. Only problem is, I entirely suck at that sort of thing. I want to get my sucky free geocities website to match as well.

Is there anyone who does hosting that could do me a good deal? And anyone who is more technically inclined than myself to help me with my graphics? I will of course remunerate with fic, media, money, whatever!

Speaking of fic, I've had a really good idea for a new ATS story, spurred on by my own personal stalker gabs186. I even have a bit of the plot, and I'm quite excited with it. For research, I'm watching Angel S2, from Reunion to Epiphany. Plus, it passes the time while I do the housework!

Oh, and must not forget to say GO THE ALL BLACKS!!! for tonight's quarter final against South Africa in the Rugby World Cup. I'll be hiding under the table with my fingers in my ears, as I do with every game that makes me nervous (unless we're doing some serious ass-kicking, in which case I'll be dancing around the lounge in glee...).
