I slathered on some of that gradual tan moisturiser and the longer it was on, the worse it smelled. It's 12 hours later and I can still smell it. Also, I am no browner. Huh.

Yes, that would have been a better idea, LOL. It was one of those situations where'd I'd become half-conscious, think "wow that stuff stinks" and drift off again. If I'd been wide awake I think I might have broken out the bergamot body wash!

The dove one is ok, I'm not affected by the smell and generally see a difference after 1-2 latherings - depending on how thick I lather of course;.

Thanks for the rec! I was tossing up between Johnsons, Dove and Nivea. Apparently the Garnier one is good too. Or maybe I should have bitten the $50 bullet and gotten a proper spray tan. Ah well, live and learn!

Okay, I just had a horrible thought for what this product might be. If you consider a "Johnson" is a hard on and how "skin" relates to that... Ewww in a bottle! :D

Don't you have Johnson & Johnson in the US? They make a full range of baby products (soap, wipes, bath stuff, lotion, powder) as well as beauty products like moisturisers and foaming cleansers and stuff. But yeah, dodgy name :o)
