Oh. My. God.

I can't believe this rain. Absolutely hammering down, all night, no let-up. Seriously heavy monsoonal kind of rain. It's kinda cool, in an awe-inspiring way. Mother nature is one scary woman. I am sure the motorway will be underwater. Half the radio stations have gone off the air due to atmospheric conditions, as has the sattelite tv, from 'rain fade'. I'm freaking! And now I have to drive 20k to work in this, on a packed, flooded motorway. I'll be lucky if the 20 minute trip takes less than an hour. *trembles*

Oh, sweetie, take care. We've had some monsters here in the last week, too. Roofs getting ripped off, trees all over the highway. There's another one building in the west right now - I'm wondering how much computer time I've got left. :)

Ooh, yeah, I heard about those. Darn nasty! I was fine, thanks for worrying about me :o) There was flooding everywhere, but people were being really sensible for a change. It took me over an hour to drive 20km, but I arrived in one piece, so I was happy!
