littleheavenI have 'shoppers foot'. The condition caused by 5 hours of trekking around the shops in entirely unsuitable shoes. At least I got some hair gunk, and a very cool belt, to go with my new jeans I bought last night. Not bad, considering we were supposed to be looking for my mother's birthday pressie (we got her a Swarofski crystal pin, which is just gorgeous) and stuff for my sister's newly-purchased house.
I'd just like to thank everyone again for their wonderful feedback on Ghost of a Chance. It makes all the hard work worthwile :o)
My little ratty baby, Ella, had a tumour taken off her chest yesterday. I've been a bit worried, because she hasn't been eating. I think she was just lonely, because when I put Abby in the hospital cage with her (Abby was voted least likely to chew Ella's stitches), Ella immediately went for the yoghurt-covered raisins and started chowing down. Abby is limping, so she's either fallen and sprained her back leg, or she's starting to experience rear-end degeneration, as many old rats do. So they make a fine pair, wobbling around the spare cage together.
And now, I must do some housework. I've been very remiss today.
Lara - I'm beginning to make headway with your Valentine fic. I have several pages now, so hopefully it'll be done in a week or so. I don't write fast, unfortunately!
