Jun. 12th, 2003 08:29 amAh, credit, where would we be without it.
Gone are the days where you had to go, cap in hand, to your local bank and grovel for more money. I applied on my bank's website for a whopping big increase to my credit card limit (which is now in 5-figures!) and within 24 hours they had approved it. Of course, the fact I have worked for said bank for 15 years, and have a big mortgage with them probably helps. Yay, now we can fix the car :0) Getting a bit sick of being the taxi already.
And on the exciting and strange front, a UFO was spotted over Auckland this morning. About 7am - the time my hubby was walking to the bus stop - must ask him if he saw it. The aliens are probably trying to work out where the damn oil from hubby's car went, like the rest of us...

I think I'll chop them up an apple for dinner tonight (to go with all their normal yummy food). They eat better than I do, that lot!
