Wow, I got offered a promotion at work. Same job, new location - but with much more scope to advance. And more money!

To which I say - I need to buy more clothes. Which is pretty much my solution to everything.

To celebrate, I am coming down with a cold. Ack. Haven't had one in years, don't want one now :o( Perhaps some shopping will make it go away...

Oh, and GO THE ALL BLACKS tonight. It's time, boys.

Congratulations, Claire. And why don't they give shopping money along with the promotions? Makes perfect sense to me. In my AU business world, everyone gets shopping money!

Hee, thanks! Yeah they should totally give shopping money, because I know I'm gonna need some new clothes. The dress code in the Tower isn't as relaxed as where I currently work. And no more jeans on Friday, dammit. The sacrifices we make to scale the corporate ladder... ;O)
