I am now a Stargate fanatic. :licks new fandom:

Michael Shanks is The Sex. I seriously want to boink him. Now.

But I have to go to my parent's place for dinner. So the boinking will have to wait.

The cool thing is that I have only seen the first half of Season 1, so there is plenty of Daniel Jackson goodness to come (and I understand some of it is in various states of undress). :dribble: I always thought I'd never find another show I could get obsessed about enough to write fanfic. I was wrong. Hee!

This is all starlet2367 and rachelcaine's fault, evil bee-arches ;o)

But don't worry, I've not left Angel behind. I want two fandoms. I'm greedy that way.

Oh, go ahead. Leave Angel behind while you can. You don't have to go down with the ship.

I have a bit of illogical resentment toward Stargate, and that's only because Sci-Fi kept Stargate and dropped Farscape.

Oh, I'm not ready to leave Angel behind. I still love it, despite all that went down. But I couldn't stand the thought of being in a fandom that there would never be any more new stuff from. There's only so many times you can re-watch the DVD's. So Stargate fills the "new material" gap nicely.

I get your illogical resentment. I think there's too little quality sci-fi out there, and it's a shame one show had to be sacrificed for another.
